From a single property pin to an eight-tract subdivision, Meyer Land Surveying resolves boundaries and prepares the survey documents that hold up at the county recorder. We currently serve as City Surveyor for Avalon (Catalina Island) and County Surveyor for Inyo County — reviewing and recording these same documents for public agencies as well as preparing them for private clients.
Every boundary starts with deep research and control before a single point is set. Field data is reconciled against record maps, then drafted and reviewed under a licensed PLS for recordation.
