How We Deliver ALTA/NSPS Surveys
Title Research
We obtain and review all available title documents, deeds, easements, and recorded maps to establish the chain of title and identify encumbrances.
Field Survey
Licensed surveyors set or recover boundary monuments, locate all improvements, utilities, and encroachments using GPS and total station equipment.
Data Processing
Field data is post-processed in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce a precise, georeferenced survey drawing.
Table A Items
We address any requested optional Table A items — including utilities, parking counts, flood zone determination, and zoning classifications.
Certification
The final survey is certified by our licensed PLS and delivered in formats compatible with title company and lender requirements.
