How We Deliver Underground Mapping
Data Compilation
All available utility records, as-built drawings, and 811 data are compiled into a preliminary base map.
Field Investigation
GPR and electromagnetic locating equipment are deployed to detect, trace, and mark all subsurface utilities.
GPS Survey
All located utilities are surveyed using GPS to record their precise horizontal position and depth.
Data Processing
Field data is processed and integrated with records-based data to produce a comprehensive georeferenced dataset.
GIS Delivery
The final dataset is delivered as a GIS-compatible utility map ready for integration into the client's asset management system.
